End Users License Agreement & Community Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using this application (“Busylife”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

Busylife is a personal productivity and communication platform that allows users to manage their activities and communicate privately with other users.

3. User-Generated Content

The app allows users to exchange messages and information.
All content sent through the app is the sole responsibility of the user who created it.

We do not permit objectionable, abusive, or inappropriate content of any kind.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, sending, or sharing any content that includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content

• Violence, graphic imagery, or encouragement of harm

• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal acts

• Spam, scams, or deceptive practices

• Content that violates the rights of others

There is zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable behavior.

5. Reporting & Blocking

To maintain a safe environment:

• Users can report objectionable or abusive behavior directly within the app

• Users can block other users at any time

• Blocking immediately prevents further interaction and removes the blocked user’s content from the user’s view

• Reports are sent to our moderation team for review

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We actively monitor and moderate reported content.

• All reports are reviewed within 24 hours

• We reserve the right to remove content at any time

• Users who violate these guidelines may have their content removed, their account suspended, or permanently terminated without notice

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.

Users may also choose to permanently delete their account at any time through the app’s account settings.

8. Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account, which removes associated personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

Account deletion is available directly within the app or via our official account deletion page.

9. Privacy

We respect user privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
