NECO Results: Check here
The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of the June/July 2024 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), with a commendable pass rate of 60.55 per cent of candidates securing five credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
The NECO Registrar, Professor Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, made this announcement while addressing the press at the NECO headquarters in Minna, Niger State.
In a significant shift from the previous scratch card system, NECO has introduced a new online result checker token that can be used to verify a candidate’s results up to five times. This innovative system aims to improve the convenience and security of NECO results checking.
While announcing the results, Professor Wushishi emphasized the importance of a transparent and efficient system to maintain the integrity of the examination process. He also assured that NECO is committed to its primary objective of providing excellent educational assessment and evaluation services to all Nigerians and the international community.
In order to facilitate the result checking process, NECO has outlined a simple and straightforward step-by-step guide for candidates and their parents or guardians. The process involves purchasing a NECO result checking token from the official NECO results website, accessing the NECO result checking portal, entering the required exam details, and finally clicking on the “Check My Result” button.
With this streamlined system, NECO is committed to promoting an equitable and accessible learning environment for all, while also ensuring the security and transparency of the exam results.
