Mexico Against Trump Tariff Plan
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has responded to a claim made by US President-elect Donald Trump that she had agreed to stop migration to the US border. Trump made the claim on social media following a phone call with Sheinbaum.

“We will not accept any type of tariff or measure that affects our economy,” Sheinbaum said during a press conference. “If there are US tariffs, Mexico would also raise tariffs.”
