The Nigerian musician Spryo has shared his thoughts on choosing to live a celibate life. The musician recently opened out about his internal battle with premarital sex on Instagram, admitting that even though he enjoyed it, he felt guilty about it.
The 33-year-old musician disclosed that he decided to cut any links that tempted him in that direction after giving it careful thought and prayer.
Spyro wrote, “Sex felt good until I could no longer bear struggling with my conscience.”
“Every time I “FORNICATED,” even if I’m not married to the individual, I become upset and feel like a piece of me is immediately ripped away.
“For a while, I battled, but I never stopped praying for strength, and when the time came, I cut off all connections that were still in place at the moment. Promoters never make it easy either, but now that they know, I am keeping this bed for ONE person. It hasn’t been easy, especially when I travel and these tidy females start acting strange around me,” he added.
