Famakin Alleges Cubana Chiefpriest Is Threatening His Life

Opeyemi Famakin, a well-known culinary critic, has accused entertainment mogul Cubana Chiefpriest of threatening his life on social media.

On September 11, 2024, in Imo State, Famakin visited Cubana Chiefpriest’s eatery and then submitted his evaluation online.

Famakin complimented the restaurant’s atmosphere and aesthetics in an Instagram picture, but pointed out that the pastries shouldn’t have been microwaved because they were premade.

Cubana Chiefpriest replied, “Thank you for visiting, Foodie,” in the comment section, thanking the food critic for coming to his restaurant. Sending you my best wishes!

On Thursday, September 12, 2024, however, things changed when Famakin claimed Chiefpriest had threatened him with the evaluation.

He shared screen grabs of their chats to back up his assertions. Chiefpriest added, “Karma is real, you must pay for whatever you sow in life,” in the screenshot. I let karma take care of lowlifes; I don’t fight them.

The proprietor of the company you completed your evil evaluation for is six years old. Famakin encouraged the people to hold Chiefpriest accountable if something were to happen to him in the screenshot’s caption.

“I recognize a threat when I see one,” he wrote.” I guess it’s time to leave Imo State ASAP. You know who to hold in case something were to happen to me while I’m here. Though there was a different tone in my direct messages, I appreciate how courteous he was in the public comment section”.
