Job Location:
This position is based in Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position will range from ₦100,000 to ₦150,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs that will be used to market properties, services, and our brand. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, a solid understanding of branding, and the creativity to produce high-quality materials. You will be responsible for designing brochures, banners, social media posts, and other marketing collateral to engage and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Visual Content: Create compelling visual designs for online and offline materials such as property listings, brochures, social media posts, websites, and newsletters.
• Branding: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and contribute to a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and real estate teams to understand the objectives for each project and produce designs that meet those goals.
• Social Media and Marketing Materials: Develop graphics for social media campaigns and advertisements, making sure the content resonates with target audiences in the real estate market.
• Web and Digital Design: Design assets for digital platforms, including websites and email campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Video Editing (Optional): Basic video editing to create engaging content such as promotional videos or property walkthroughs is a plus.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet high standards and deadlines, maintaining consistency and attention to detail across projects.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company’s content remains fresh and innovative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design. Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with design tools like Canva is also beneficial.
• Video Editing Skills: Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects for video editing is an advantage.
• Web Design Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for web design is a desirable asset.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in design, color schemes, and brand consistency.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
