Kaduna State PDP Vote Former Commissioner As Executive Chairman

During a state congress on Saturday at the Trade Fair International Complex, which was observed by representatives of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the party’s national officers, Masha was elected as the new chairman of the Kaduna PDP.
Saidu Adamu, a former Kaduna State commissioner of information, was elected PDP state secretary without opposition, and Godiya Lolo, who received 2,102 votes overall, was chosen PDP women’s leader.
A former member of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Honorable Maria Dogo, was also chosen as the PDP’s state publicity secretary.
She defeated her closest opponent, Nuhu Makama, with 1,359 votes, as opposed to 525 votes. Aliyu Bello, the party’s most recent youth leader, won the position of financial secretary, and Barrister Khalid Khalid was chosen to serve as state legal adviser.
A total of 2, 268 delegates were accredited, according to the figures announced by Tanko Beiji, the congress’s returning officer, on Sunday.
The newly elected PDP chairman, Masha, made an open-door policy pledge and an inclusive leadership during his acceptance address on behalf of other elected politicians.
