Job Overview:
I-Sense Ville Consult is seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. This role demands strong communication skills, an ability to close deals, and a passion for customer service in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate sales leads
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle objections and convert leads into sales
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Utilize CRM software for tracking sales and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferably in real estate)
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage
