Peter claimed Jude of unlawfully transferring millions of dollars in revenues from P-Square’s earning to a private account. In a social media post, he described how he realized a secret firm named Northside Entertainment, formed by Jude and his wife, Ifeoma Okoye, which had been used to carry out the act.
According to Peter, despite addressing Paul several times about the company and the missing royalty payments, he received repeated denials.
Peter disclosed, “To my surprise, the registered location of this secret company was the family property of JUDE Okoye, and the founders and directors were none other than JUDE Okoye and his wife, Ifeoma Okoye.”
“I realized I needed to discuss it with Paul. I went up to him several times. Every time I saw him, he denied having any knowledge of anything.
Peter clarified that Paul was not to be considered a suspect in the case; instead, his legal team was told to concentrate only on Jude and his wife.
The situation worsened when Peter reported the issue to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following his failure to receive a response from Paul or Jude. Jude, the manager of P-Square, responded via an Instagram live session on Saturday, stating that the news that a petition had been filed against him nearly drove him insane.
“This man came to my compound to play with my son, completely aware that he had recently filed a petition against me,” the man said. I thought I was going crazy,” he said.
Jude rejected Peter’s accusations of fraud, saying he had “twisted” them to appear “fraudulent.”He went on to say that Peter brought him into the situation since he knew he would always be held accountable for not mediating his younger brothers’ fight.
“The children of this people, Peter and Paul, are teenagers. They would be grandfathers today if they were in America. Why does Peter continually drag me into their arguments?
The reason for this is that he believed Jude, the older brother, was frequently called upon to “go and settle your brothers, go and put your family in order.”
When you say, “Go and organize your family, what does it mean? I have my family sorted out. Allow them to organize their family. Let them sort things out if they are conducting business together. “I’ve made an effort to the extent of self-sacrificing,” he declared.
