Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Male HSE Coordinator to oversee the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies across our managed facilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, promote a proactive safety culture, and drive initiatives that enhance workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions.

Lead HSE training sessions for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports with root cause analyses.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, including inspection records and incident reports.

Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.

Foster a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and continuous engagement.

Support emergency preparedness, including planning, drills, and incident response coordination.

Monitor environmental performance and promote sustainable practices in waste management and energy use.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years’ relevant industry experience, preferably in facilities management or a similar field.

Solid understanding of local and international HSE laws, standards, and best practices.

Proficiency in HSE management systems, software, and reporting tools.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
