Insurance Policy

This Policy explains the limits of insurance, guarantees and responsibility when using 360 to connect with people, businesses, workers, service providers, riders, sellers, employers and other users.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

360 helps users discover, communicate with and transact with other people and businesses. The fact that two users connect through 360 does not mean that 360 becomes a party to their relationship, meeting, employment arrangement, service engagement or other activity unless we expressly state otherwise.

Important

360 does not automatically insure, guarantee or underwrite users, meetings, rides, services, employment arrangements, transactions, property, personal injury or losses simply because the parties met or connected through 360.

1. Purpose of this Policy

360 connects people with businesses, workers, service providers, riders, employers, customers, sellers and other users.

This Policy explains what protection is and is not provided by 360 when users interact with one another.

It should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Escrow Policy.

2. 360 is Not an Insurance Company

Unless 360 expressly offers a specific insurance product through an appropriately authorised provider, 360 does not provide insurance coverage.

Registration on 360, use of the 360 App, completion of a transaction or use of any 360 feature does not automatically create an insurance policy.

360 does not guarantee compensation for loss, injury, theft, damage, fraud, accident, illness, death, business loss or another incident involving users of the platform.

3. People You Meet Through 360

360 may help you discover and connect with other users. These may include individuals, service providers, customers, employers, workers, sellers, buyers, professionals and businesses.

360 does not guarantee the behaviour, intentions, reliability, honesty, competence or personal safety of every person you meet through the platform.

A profile, listing, account, review, verification status or presence on 360 should not be treated as a guarantee that interacting with that person will be risk-free.

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment before meeting, hiring, employing, contracting with, visiting, transporting or transacting with another user.

4. Meetings and Activities Outside 360

Some connections made through 360 may result in users meeting physically or interacting outside the platform.

360 does not arrange, supervise or guarantee the safety of private meetings between users unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular service.

If you decide to meet another user in person, you are responsible for assessing the circumstances and taking appropriate safety precautions.

360 cannot guarantee protection against misconduct, assault, theft, harassment, fraud, accident or other harm simply because the parties originally connected through 360.

5. Independent Service Providers

Users may find cleaners, laundry providers, technicians, electricians, plumbers, massage therapists, artisans, professionals, delivery providers and other services through 360.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these providers operate independently from 360.

360 does not automatically insure or guarantee:

  • The quality of a service;
  • The provider's workmanship;
  • Damage caused while performing a service;
  • Loss or theft of property;
  • Personal injury;
  • Professional errors or negligence;
  • The provider's own insurance coverage; or
  • Performance of agreements between users.

Where insurance is important to a particular job, users should independently confirm whether the provider maintains appropriate insurance.

6. Riders, Drivers, Delivery and Transport

360 may help users discover or connect with riders, drivers, dispatch operators and transport or delivery service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 360 does not own, operate or insure the vehicles used by independent providers.

Drivers, riders and transport providers remain responsible for licences, vehicle requirements, roadworthiness, legally required insurance and other obligations applicable to their operations.

Users should take reasonable precautions when selecting and using transport or delivery services.

7. Jobs, Gigs, Contracts and Employment

360 Work may connect workers with employers, clients, job opportunities, gigs and contracts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 360 is not the employer of workers found through the platform and does not automatically provide workers' compensation, health insurance, accident insurance, professional indemnity insurance or other employment benefits.

Employers, workers and contractors remain responsible for determining and complying with applicable employment, workplace, safety, tax and insurance requirements.

8. Property, Personal Injury and Other Loss

360 does not automatically compensate users for property damage, loss of belongings, theft, physical injury, medical expenses, loss of income or other damage arising from dealings between independent users.

Responsibility for such loss will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, agreements between the parties and any insurance independently held by those involved.

9. Smart Escrow is Not Insurance

360 Smart Escrow provides a payment-protection mechanism for eligible transactions by allowing funds to remain held until applicable transaction conditions are satisfied.

Smart Escrow is not an insurance policy.

It does not insure users against bodily injury, property damage, theft, accidents, professional negligence or every form of financial loss.

Escrow protection applies only according to the conditions and dispute procedures described in the 360 Escrow Policy.

10. Verification Does Not Remove Risk

360 may provide account, identity, business or other verification processes for certain users.

Verification means that specified information or documentation has been reviewed according to the relevant 360 process. It does not amount to insurance or a guarantee of future behaviour.

Verified users remain independently responsible for their conduct, products, services and obligations.

11. Personal Safety

Users should take reasonable precautions whenever dealing with someone they do not already know, particularly where a physical meeting is involved.

Meet carefully Where appropriate, choose a public or familiar location for an initial meeting.
Verify details Review profile, service and transaction information before proceeding.
Protect private information Do not unnecessarily disclose passwords, PINs, verification codes or sensitive financial credentials.
Use secure payments Where available and appropriate, use 360 payment and Smart Escrow features.
Tell someone Consider informing a trusted person when meeting someone new in person.
Trust your judgment Do not proceed with an interaction that appears suspicious or unsafe.

12. Incidents, Misconduct and Reports

If another user behaves fraudulently, abusively or in violation of 360 policies, you should report the account or contact 360 Support.

We may investigate reports, restrict accounts, preserve relevant platform records or take other appropriate platform action.

Reporting an incident to 360 is not a replacement for contacting emergency services, law enforcement, medical services or another appropriate authority where the situation requires them.

13. Third-Party Insurance

From time to time, 360 may display, integrate or facilitate access to an insurance product provided by an independent authorised insurer or insurance intermediary.

Where this happens, the insurer's terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, premiums, coverage limits and claims process will apply.

Insurance should not be assumed to exist unless it is expressly identified as part of the relevant service or transaction.

14. Responsibility and Liability

360 provides technology that enables users to discover and communicate with one another. Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent users remain responsible for their own acts, services, decisions and agreements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 360 is not responsible merely because users originally met through 360 for harm caused independently by another user outside 360's reasonable control.

This includes risks associated with voluntary offline meetings and independent arrangements between users.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to this Policy

360 may update this Policy as the platform changes or where insurance, safety or regulatory arrangements change.

The latest version will be made available on this page with an updated date.
