Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Quality Control Associate to maintain the highest product quality standards in our manufacturing facilities. The role involves conducting inspections, performing product tests, and ensuring strict compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, initiative, and a passion for quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to verify quality standards.

Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Identify potential quality issues during production and recommend corrective measures.

Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate findings to the Production Manager.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems.

Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Support the implementation of quality control policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Investigate quality complaints and product defects to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

Stay informed on evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Degree or certification in Quality Control or related field is preferred.

Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing inspection roles.

Solid understanding of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of identifying and resolving issues effectively.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and record-keeping software.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
