Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage all food and beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, smooth operations, and consistent service quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high operational standards in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.

Ensure top-tier service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.

Work with the Chef to design and update menus with diverse, high-quality, and seasonal offerings.

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff to maintain performance standards.

Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the hotel competitive.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in F&B management, ideally in a hotel or fine-dining setting.

Solid understanding of F&B operations, menu planning, and cost control.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Must currently reside in Asaba or be willing to relocate.
Salary:
N180,000 – N230,000 monthly.
