Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager will play a central role in driving project execution, enforcing timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination across technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. This position is critical to improving delivery discipline, accountability, and overall client satisfaction. The successful candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a solid technical understanding of software projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to completion within approved scope, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate closely with software developers, QA teams, product managers, and operations staff to meet delivery milestones

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication

Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical tasks and structured project plans

Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, and progress using project management tools such as ClickUp
-
Enforce quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes prior to project handover

Proactively identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and escalations, and implement timely solutions

Prepare detailed project reports and status updates for management and stakeholders

Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards across all projects
Requirements:

3 to 4 years of experience managing technical or software development projects

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Proven experience working with engineering teams in fintech or technology-focused environments

Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality

Strong sense of ownership, structure, and accountability
Added Advantage:

Experience working on fintech, payments, or banking-related projects

Technical exposure to APIs, system integrations, or mobile and web applications

Relevant professional certifications in project management or technology
Remuneration:
₦300,000 monthly
