Job Summary
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and preparing financial reports to support management decision-making. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of ensuring full compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate financial statements and periodic management reports

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Process payroll, staff expenses, and other financial transactions

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and statutory requirements

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective financial strategies

Monitor cash flow and provide insights to improve financial efficiency
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial accounting or a similar role

Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is required

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
