Position: Group HR / Admin Manager
Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos

Job Description
The Group HR / Admin Manager will lead HR operations, administrative processes, and employee management across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily departmental operations.

Supervising fueling and servicing of generator sets across all sites.

Reviewing and validating servicing and fueling proposals before submission to Audit.

Monitoring day-to-day operational activities.
-
Ensuring engineers’ forms and clearance documents are submitted and processed promptly.

Negotiating with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
-
Overseeing store operations, including stock levels of servicing materials and vehicle parts.

Preparing documentation for new hires, payroll updates, status changes, and employee benefits.

Maintaining accurate personnel files, reports, correspondence, and organizational charts.

Handling confidential HR matters, employee relations, and organizational changes.

Processing onboarding, payroll, performance management, learning, and staff development.

Monitoring staff punctuality, dress code compliance, and ID card usage.

Managing health insurance and pension schemes.

Advising employees and managers on HR policies, leave administration, and procedures.

Staying informed on HR-related issues within the organization.
Qualifications & Competencies

Minimum of First Degree / HND or CIPM certification in Social Sciences or Humanities.

15–20 years relevant HR experience.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum of 8 years unbroken experience in reputable organizations (added advantage).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-
Must be a certified HR professional and member of CIPM.
