Job Overview
Zurishaddai Recruitment Agency is hiring an experienced and compassionate School Nurse to support a reputable group of schools in Lagos. The ideal candidate will provide primary healthcare, promote student wellness, and ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for both day and boarding students.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and routine medical care to students, staff, and faculty.

Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and immunization follow-ups.

Develop and implement health education programs to encourage good hygiene and healthy living.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all students, especially boarding students.

Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and boarding house staff to monitor student well-being.

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety policies within the school premises.

Monitor boarding students’ health, responding promptly to emergencies or illnesses.

Liaise with parents or guardians on student health matters and coordinate external medical referrals where necessary.

Be available for night duty shifts to support boarding students’ medical needs.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related discipline.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from a recognized nursing council.

2–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a school, pediatric, or hospital setting.

Strong clinical skills and familiarity with basic nursing procedures and medical equipment.

Excellent communication, record-keeping, and time management abilities.

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Must be ready for immediate resumption.
Salary & Benefits

₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly, depending on experience.
