Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment operations, source high-performing candidates, and collaborate closely with stakeholders—including UK clients—to ensure seamless talent delivery. The role requires strong recruitment experience, technical sourcing capability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates locally and globally.

• Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.

• Partner with clients to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates.

• Support employer branding efforts to enhance visibility and candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Use recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including outsourcing and technical hiring.

• CIPM or PHRI certification is required.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using data and analytics for improving hiring processes.

• Background in HR or Outsourcing firms is an added advantage.

Desirable Skills

• Experience hiring for tech, digital, or customer service roles.

• Proven success in global talent sourcing, especially for UK clients.

• Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Understanding of outsourcing models or RPO operations.
