Job Summary
The Terminal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of transport and courier terminals, ensuring the smooth running of passenger and logistics services. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise terminal operations, including vehicle dispatch, passenger movement, and courier services.

Manage terminal staff—drivers, dispatchers, loaders, and customer service personnel—to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Oversee ticketing, check-in, baggage handling, and loading/unloading procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.

Monitor courier package receipt, storage, and dispatch to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries.

Enforce compliance with safety and legal regulations governing transport and logistics operations.

Track performance metrics, analyze terminal data, and prepare regular management reports.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
