Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative and People Operations Assistant to support both administrative and HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong grasp of HR and office operations, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities

Support administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance.

Assist in the implementation of company policies and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards.

Process required regulatory permits and licenses, liaising with relevant government agencies and attending inspections when necessary.

Provide support in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll, and employee relations.

Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and assist with talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Participate in recruitment processes—posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain accurate payroll schedules and employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Support performance appraisal activities and assist managers with employee evaluation processes.

Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and discretion.

Assist in managing employee benefits, training, and professional development initiatives.

Promote clear communication between management and staff to enhance workplace harmony.
Competencies

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience in administrative or HR roles within a structured organization.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
