UPDC Facility Management Limited, a provider of integrated management, maintenance, and sustainable power solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate facilities, is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Lagos Island (Marina) team on a full-time basis.
Role Overview
The Data Analyst will play a key role in monitoring performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across estates, client sites, and service contracts. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate data into practical business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Analysis

Track and analyse operational and financial performance across multiple sites.

Prepare routine dashboards and performance reports with clear trends and variance insights.

Identify areas of underperformance and recommend data-driven improvement actions.
Data Collection & Reporting

Develop and maintain systems and tools for gathering data across departments.

Produce accurate, timely KPI reports covering revenue, site cost, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to board and management reporting with relevant metrics and strategic summaries.
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

Review and map existing facility management processes to identify inefficiencies.

Recommend automation options and process redesigns to streamline operations.

Collaborate with teams across the company to implement changes and track outcomes.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support

Work with the finance team to assess and monitor budget performance.

Support forecasting of income, expenses, and service costs using historical and contract data.

Highlight significant deviations and provide early warning insights.
Strategic Planning & Project Support

Provide analytics for business development initiatives and new service offerings.

Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and competitive benchmarking.

Build financial models and business cases to assess ROI for new projects or expansions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
