Job Summary
Grand Oak Limited seeks an experienced and skilled Electrical Technician to join its production team. The ideal candidate will handle electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Install electrical systems, including wiring, switches, lighting, and circuit breakers.

Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical specifications accurately.

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent downtime.

Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.

Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry safety standards and regulations.

Support system upgrades, modifications, and integrations with plant machinery.

Collaborate with engineers, mechanical technicians, and safety managers.

Maintain documentation for installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Adhere to all electrical safety protocols and use proper PPE.

OND in Electrical & Electronics; HND holders with higher grades preferred.

2–3 years of experience in a process industry required.

Experience in a bottling plant is an added advantage.

Must have worked as a permanent employee, not on a contract basis.

Age: Not more than 45 years.

Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Key Competencies

Strong preventive maintenance skills on electrical switchgear units (PCC, MCC, Starters).

Knowledge of utilities such as air compressors, boilers, generators, and water systems.

Proven troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime.

Ability to analyze performance data and handle shifts independently.

Fast learner and adaptable to new organizational developments.

Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦250,000 per month.
