Job Brief
Pruvia Integrated Limited is urgently seeking an experienced Head of Operations to manage the day-to-day functions of an automobile company. The ideal candidate will oversee operations across sales, after-sales services, logistics, spare parts, and workshop management. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and a results-driven approach to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee daily operations across sales, after-sales, logistics, parts, and workshop departments.

Ensure effective supply chain management and timely delivery of vehicles, parts, and services.

Define and monitor KPIs to track operational efficiency and departmental performance.

Drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Work with sales and marketing teams to boost business growth and customer retention.

Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation.

Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements

B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
