Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Shift Supervisor to oversee PVC pipe production operations. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership to production teams, ensuring optimal machine performance, product quality, and compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires a strong technical understanding of extrusion processes, excellent people management skills, and the ability to maintain productivity and discipline across all shifts.
Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all production activities during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing operations.

Plan and monitor daily production targets while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Lead and motivate production teams to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.

Supervise extrusion processes and ensure proper machine operation and maintenance coordination.

Manage material usage to minimize waste and maintain accurate production documentation and reports.

Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate effective communication across shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing methodologies and best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
