Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and attend to their needs in a professional manner

Assist customers with purchase lists, product selection, invoicing, and point-of-sale transactions

Provide clear and accurate information about pharmaceutical products to support informed buying decisions

Ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly arranged, and neatly maintained

Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers

Respond to customer inquiries, address basic complaints, and escalate issues when required

Requirements

OND or HND qualification

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, pharmacy, or retail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer literacy and ability to use sales or inventory systems

High level of customer-service orientation and attention to detail

Must reside within or close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ijora, Apapa, Mushin, Fadeyi, Yaba, or surrounding areas
Salary
N120,000 – N140,000 monthly
