Job Overview
Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking dynamic and results-driven State Merchant Officers to manage merchant networks, drive POS operations, and expand business activities in their assigned states. The ideal candidates will oversee agent recruitment, activation, and performance, ensuring growth, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage state aggregators and field agents.

Drive POS deployment, utilization, and maintenance to meet operational goals.

Achieve set revenue targets while ensuring a 95% active agent base.

Monitor branding and visibility compliance (PICOS) across all touchpoints.

Coordinate POS distribution, retrieval, and repairs with the EUS team.

Ensure aggregators fund agents promptly and maintain zero float balances.

Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies for penetration and expansion.

Track competitor activities and recommend countermeasures.

Manage all POSM (Point of Sale Materials) efficiently to prevent wastage or loss.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in business or commercial management, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

1–2 years’ experience in POS or agency banking operations is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage field teams effectively.

Tech-savvy with good knowledge of basic computer tools.

Highly driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
