Job Summary
Grand Oak Limited is seeking a skilled Utility Technician to oversee, maintain, and optimize the performance of all utility systems across its facility. The successful candidate will ensure continuous operation, compliance with safety standards, and efficient collaboration with other technical teams to sustain production flow.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of utility systems such as HVAC units, cooling towers, compressors, and generators.

Respond swiftly to breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, and carry out repairs to reduce production downtime.

Execute routine safety checks to ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet utility requirements and support seamless factory operations.

Supervise OEMs and external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards, project timelines, and quality expectations.

Job Context

Salary
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month.
