Job Summary
The Online Presence Manager will be responsible for shaping, managing, and growing the company’s digital identity across multiple online platforms. This role requires a creative and digitally savvy professional who understands how to tell compelling real estate stories, build brand trust, and convert online engagement into qualified leads. The successful candidate will oversee content creation, social media management, online reputation, and performance analytics, ensuring that Starzij Realtors maintains a strong, consistent, and professional online presence.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, proactive, and data-driven, with hands-on experience using modern content creation and social media management tools. This role plays a critical part in driving brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality video, photo, and reel content tailored for various digital platforms, with a strong focus on real estate marketing and storytelling.

Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Develop and execute content strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, followers, and inbound leads.

Design visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, listing posts, carousels, and promotional creatives that align with the company’s brand identity.

Manage and optimize the company’s Google My Business profile, ensuring accurate information, positive reviews, and a strong online reputation.

Monitor audience insights, engagement metrics, and platform analytics to evaluate content performance and refine strategies.

Stay up to date with social media algorithms, digital trends, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Collaborate with internal teams to promote listings, campaigns, market updates, and brand initiatives effectively.

Compensation
