Job Summary
The Operations / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing projects from initiation through completion. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within scope, budget, and timelines, while supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operational activities and project execution

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work plans

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure performance targets are met

• Identify potential operational and project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities

• Valid driving experience is required
