Job Summary
The Accountant will oversee all financial transactions related to Fabwellness Limited’s e-commerce platforms and physical store operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, expenses, and inventory, while providing reliable financial reports to support management decision-making as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post invoices for all sales, including online orders from the website and social media platforms, as well as walk-in store transactions.
Carry out daily reconciliation of bank transfers, POS payments, and cash sales to ensure financial accuracy.
Track, record, and manage all expenses, including payments to suppliers, packaging costs, and delivery logistics.
Collaborate with store and operations teams to ensure inventory levels align with financial and accounting records.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, for management review.
Ensure all accounting records and processes comply with standard accounting principles and relevant regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as an Accountant, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
Proven experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAGE 50, or Zoho Books.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in high-volume transactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professional certifications such as ICAN or ACCA will be an added advantage.
Salary
₦170,000 – ₦250,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
