Position Overview
Singa Cash is hiring energetic and persuasive Telesales Agents with proven fintech telesales experience. The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, target-driven, and ready to join a fast-paced, results-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell loan products.

Clearly communicate product benefits and address customer objections effectively.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales through strong persuasion and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide feedback on customer needs and sales challenges to support process improvements.

Ensure compliance, professionalism, and excellent customer experience during all calls.

Qualifications

Previous telesales experience within a fintech company is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Proficient in data entry and CRM tools.

Must reside in Ogba/Ikeja or within 40 minutes on Lagos Mainland.

Willing to work Mondays through Sundays on a shift schedule.

Available for immediate employment.
Salary
₦120,000 monthly.
