Position Overview
Singa Cash is seeking target-driven and confident Debt Collections Agents with practical fintech recovery experience. Ideal candidates must be ready to resume immediately, meet recovery targets, and handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments.

Follow up consistently to ensure timely repayments in line with company policies.

Negotiate repayment plans where applicable.

Document all interactions, including promises to pay (PTP) and outcomes.

Escalate complex or high-risk cases to supervisors or team leads.

Provide insights on recurring customer issues to refine recovery strategies.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

Qualifications

3 months to 1 year experience in fintech debt recovery.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to remain firm yet empathetic during interactions.

Comfortable working under pressure in a target-driven environment.

Good typing skills and familiarity with CRM or recovery tools.

Must reside in Ogba/Ikeja or within 40 minutes on the Lagos Mainland.

Willing to work Mondays through Sundays on shift rotations.

Must be available for immediate employment.
Salary
₦120,000 monthly (net).
