Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant management to develop objectives and growth strategies that enhance performance and drive business results.

• Support management by applying effective coaching techniques for hourly and supervisory employees.

• Provide HR expertise in leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational change.

• Oversee employee relations, manage grievances, and ensure a positive workplace environment.

• Conduct and coordinate performance appraisal processes.

• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely payroll processing.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

Salary

₦650,000 – ₦700,000 monthly.
