Job Overview
The Refrigerator and AC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, safety-conscious, and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Install refrigeration and air conditioning units in residential and commercial facilities

Carry out routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and extended equipment lifespan

Diagnose faults and repair refrigeration and AC components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators

Communicate clearly with clients, explaining technical issues and recommending appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions

Comply with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures while handling equipment
Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or a related field is an added advantage
