Job Overview
HRHub.ng Limited is seeking energetic and target-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell a range of real estate properties including houses and land. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished professional image, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities

Market and sell real estate products to prospective and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads.

Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent the brand in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Visit client locations and property sites when necessary.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and transactions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to drive (possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage).

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Must reside within or around the Lekki axis.

Previous experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Salary Range
₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
