Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Supervisor / Compliance Officer to manage daily store operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about customer satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities

Enforce company policies, conduct routine compliance checks, and maintain health and safety standards.

Supervise store staff, track performance, and provide training, coaching, and constructive feedback.

Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly to maintain the brand’s reputation.

Oversee inventory management, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain store organization.

Develop staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage.

Analyze customer feedback and operational data to implement performance-improvement strategies.
