Job Summary

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues. This role requires strong communication skills, solid troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-level support through phone, email, chat, and onsite interactions.

Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network challenges affecting clients.

Support customers during installation, configuration, and onboarding processes.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior engineers or appropriate teams.

Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on product features, improvements, and best-use guidelines.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance product stability and user experience.
