Job Description

As a Tooling Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing all Field Service tooling operations within the Europe & Africa region. You will ensure tool readiness, compliance, and efficiency while supporting onshore field projects across multiple service locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Onshore Field Service (Europe & Africa).

  • Oversee all Field Service tooling activities, ensuring all tools are certified and operational.

  • Maintain proper tooling inventory levels across regional service locations.

  • Lead the implementation of Siemens Energy’s tooling regionalization strategy.

  • Standardize processes and systems used to manage tooling across the region.

  • Promote continuous improvement in tooling and consumable management to align with the company’s ZERO HARM EHS initiative.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with tooling competency centers and project teams.

  • Operate and maintain the Tool Center according to international industrial and EHS standards.

  • Coordinate tooling schedules and ensure on-time delivery to field service operations.

  • Monitor tooling utilization, performance, and quality compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Logistics degree with technical interest.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in Field Service or Workshop operations.

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, including import/export handling.

  • Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with understanding of turnkey project setups and implementation concepts.

  • Fluent in English.
