Job Summary
The Trainee TCP Engineer Program is designed to train and develop technically inclined individuals for Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP) activities. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in:

• Gun assembly

• Explosives handling

• QA/QC processes

• Wellsite operations

Training will be supervised by experienced engineers to ensure competence, safety, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• B.Eng or HND in a relevant technical discipline

• 0–2 years experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)

• Prior internship or exposure to oil & gas operations is an advantage

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude

• Willingness to work in demanding field environments (onshore and offshore)
