Job Overview
The Field Agent – Cooperative Collector is responsible for the daily collection of thrift contributions from assigned cooperative members within designated communities. In addition to collections, the Field Agent supports member education, digital savings adoption, and cooperative growth initiatives. This role requires a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships at the community level.
Key Responsibilities
The Field Agent will carry out daily collection of contributions from cooperative members, ensuring that all funds are collected accurately, transparently, and in line with cooperative guidelines.
