Position Overview
Emile Creer Innovations Limited is recruiting an IT Specialist / Patient Care Coordinator to join its Enugu team. This dual-role position blends technical IT support with patient care coordination, making it ideal for candidates who possess both technical proficiency and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support for daily operations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Train and assist staff in using patient management and IT tools.

Coordinate patient scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with data protection and patient confidentiality standards.

Develop reports, dashboards, and data tracking tools.

Support the integration of technology in clinical and administrative functions.
Requirements

Minimum of ND/HND in Computer Science, IT, Health Information Management, or a related field.
