Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative with a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a strong sense of style. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating exceptional shopping experiences, meeting sales goals, and promoting the brand’s image.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

• Build rapport and long-term customer relationships through active listening and trust.

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and provide tailored recommendations.

• Assist customers in finding the perfect fit, style, and accessories.

• Operate the POS system accurately and handle all transactions efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Must reside on or near Lagos Island for easy commuting.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week, with one additional rotational day off (details shared during onboarding).

Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
