Job Summary
The Customer Experience & Telesales Executive will play a key role in engaging leads generated through promotional and marketing activities, conducting detailed needs assessments, and qualifying prospects for further engagement by the sales team. The role also involves telesales activities, customer follow-ups, and recovery of outstanding off-plan property payments. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, target-driven, and capable of balancing sales conversations with payment recovery responsibilities while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads and prospects generated from promotional and marketing channels

  • Engage potential clients, introduce company products and services, and clearly communicate features, benefits, and value propositions

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to qualify leads and route high-potential prospects to the sales team

  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge to support effective telesales conversations

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand lead sources, client demographics, and engagement strategies

  • Meet or exceed lead qualification and telesales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Manage customer experience touchpoints to ensure professional and consistent engagement

  • Support receivables and off-plan payment recovery by following up with clients on outstanding payments

  • Develop and implement tailored payment recovery strategies based on client history and financial behavior

  • Negotiate payment resolutions with clients while preserving long-term relationships

  • Monitor accounts, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation and reports

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve telesales, collections, and customer engagement processes

  • Minimize potential bad debt exposure through timely follow-up and effective recovery actions

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within real estate, insurance, finance, or related industries

  • Proven experience in telesales, lead qualification, customer engagement, or call-based sales roles

  • Demonstrated experience in collections, debt recovery, or receivables management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for handling both sales and payment discussions

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities effectively

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client payment behavior and adapt recovery strategies

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant financial or CRM software

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and work under deadlines

  • High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
