Position Overview
The Customer Service Agent role is designed for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume customer interaction environment. Singa Cash operates a busy contact centre where professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness are essential. Candidates must be prepared to resume immediately and should have prior experience handling customer interactions through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Agents at Singa Cash play a critical role in shaping the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Responding to inquiries and complaints through phone calls, emails, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding company products, services, loan processes, repayment options, and platform policies.

Maintaining a calm and empathetic approach when resolving customer issues, ensuring that each interaction reflects the company’s service standards.

Escalating complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Keeping detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, feedback, resolutions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.

Following approved scripts, communication guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Supporting the company’s overall customer satisfaction targets by contributing positively to the team’s performance metrics and goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

6 months to 1 year of customer service experience; experience in fintech or a formal contact centre environment is an added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a problem-solving approach to customer inquiries.

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is beneficial.

Must reside within Ogba, Ikeja, or within a 40-minute commute on Lagos Mainland.

Willingness to work Monday through Sunday on a shift-based schedule.

Must be available to start immediately.
Salary
₦120,000 Monthly (Net)
