Position Overview
As a Recruitment Executive at Strivo Labs, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate.
You’ll work closely with team leads and senior management to identify hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and support our employer branding efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with department heads to understand hiring goals and align recruitment plans with business needs.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Use modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, and social channels) to identify and engage candidates.

Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure cultural and role fit.

Maintain an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparency and timely communication throughout the process.

Track key recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates — and prepare regular hiring reports.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting, tech, or service-oriented firm.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices across diverse roles and departments.

Proven ability to source, engage, and close high-quality candidates.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

Experience using ATS systems and HR tools (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, or Greenhouse) is an advantage.
