Role Summary
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational management of the hospital. The role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery, effective coordination across departments, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the hospital.
Coordinate clinical, administrative, and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
Implement, monitor, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
Manage patient flow, service quality, and overall patient experience.
Monitor budgets, operational costs, and efficient use of hospital resources.
Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Supervise facility operations, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Support operational growth initiatives and business development strategies.
Prepare and submit regular operational, performance, and management reports.
Ensure accurate documentation, data management, and record-keeping across departments.
Drive revenue growth and improve overall hospital performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ proven experience in hospital or clinical practice management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Solid understanding of hospital operations, billing systems, and patient service delivery.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Remuneration
₦1,000,000 per month.
