Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Engineering Trainees to join our team in Lagos.
This program offers structured, hands-on training designed to equip participants with the technical knowledge and practical experience required to excel in engineering roles across our Service Function.
You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining exposure to the maintenance and repair of gas-powered engines and learning to operate within OEM-recommended standards.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured engineering training across multiple operational units.

Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gas-powered engines and related systems.

Learn to perform technical tasks in line with OEM specifications and company standards.

Observe and follow all safety policies, ensuring adherence to Rehlko’s “Zero Is Possible” safety culture.

Collaborate with engineering mentors and team members to identify and report hazards or process improvements.

Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.
