Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operations & Maintenance Technician to join our Lagos team.
The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of power generation plants, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with OEM standards. This role requires a hands-on, technically proficient professional with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain assigned plants in line with OEM guidelines and company policies.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on power generation systems across customer and company sites.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient service delivery.

Liaise with customers to provide professional support and effective solutions to plant-related challenges.

Ensure the appropriate use of spare parts and promptly notify the Parts and Services Administrator of stock usage or replacement needs.

Collaborate closely with Engineers and clients to maintain reliable plant performance and service quality.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: HND or City & Guilds (Finals) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
