About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Application Monitoring Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our production systems. The ideal candidate will proactively monitor applications, identify potential issues before they escalate, and work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize performance and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, research, and troubleshoot system performance issues in real time.

Take ownership of reported issues, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution.

Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams (e.g., Product Managers, Software Developers).

Manage multiple open issues simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Document technical findings and solutions to improve internal processes.

Provide prompt, accurate feedback to internal and external users.

Use internal databases or external tools to deliver precise technical solutions.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience troubleshooting APIs, stack traces, and log files.

Proficiency with SQL databases (especially MySQL).

Familiarity with network tools and basic networking concepts.

Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, or macOS environments.

Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience handling on-call support and managing complex incidents.
