Overview
Benmaris Limited, a fully Nigerian-owned company established in 2007, provides professional manpower, project management, procurement, construction, and facilities management services. With extensive experience across engineering and technical operations, the company is seeking a Senior Planning Methods and Support Engineer to strengthen its integrated planning and operational support functions.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the DGM Integrated Planning & Project Interface in meetings when necessary.

Contribute to production objective reviews and validation processes.

Promote best practices across JV Operations and ensure high HSE awareness.

Support the DGM Integrated Planning & Project Interface across planning and project integration needs.

Work closely with JV district planners to implement long-term planning decisions across district operations.

Manage planning processes, troubleshooting, and daily support to meet end-user operational requirements.

Configure, manage, and maintain the Primavera database.

Assist entities in setting up EPS, projects, coding structures, and layouts in Primavera.

Train end users on Primavera usage and ensure efficient, consistent data entry.

Support the creation and maintenance of customized reporting templates.

Ensure adherence to integrated planning procedures, including correct reporting and data interpretation.

Coordinate with IST teams to optimize system performance and communicate planned maintenance.

Improve integrated operations planning processes and ensure JVA Planning Procedures remain updated and compliant.

Perform QA/QC to ensure planning standards are followed.

Support entities and the Head of IOP in preparing annual work programs.

Engage with PHC-based entities (Projects, Drilling & Completion, Field Operations, Admin, Community Affairs) to ensure activities are efficiently planned, budget-aligned, and optimized to reduce production shortfalls.

Contribute to medium- and long-term plan development and lead meetings when required.

Provide input for annual work program approvals, budget reviews, and cost assessments.

Strengthen district planning KPIs through continuous improvement.

Coordinate CPI data consolidation for JVA and HQ reporting.

Deliver induction and refresher training for planners.
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
-
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Strong operational background in Production, Projects, HSE, and budgeting.

Proven experience working in operational site environments.
-
Excellent English communication skills.
